| Review Summary |
After a nuclear ar the humans have turned into mutants and the fairies and elves return. The Fairies believe that technology is bad while the mutants do not. The Fairy Princess gives birth to polar twins Avatr and Black Wolf. Avatar rules the good lands and the fairies while Black Wolf rules Scorch and the mutants. A war breaks out between the fairies and the mutants over who will rule the land and the people in it. Black finds old films(technology) of Hitler which give his army a reason to fight. It comes down to a basic plot of humans (mutants) destroying nature (fairies) with technology.

A very disturbing film. Atom bombs rendered the planet lifeless, except for some pathetic mutants. The Elves and Fairies recaptured the Earth. About 10 million years, twin wizards were born: Avatar and Blackwolf. Avatar became the benevolent ruler of the good lands and Evil Blackwolf was banished to the waistland Scorch with the mutants. Blackwolf finds Nazi propaganda films and uses them to control the mutant army. Now Avatar, with the help of Fairy princess Elenor, Elvin worrior Weehawk, and former assasin Peace, must find the projector and destroy the films.
