"Humanity thought they were the only technology users in the galaxy, until they encountered the Tampies, the self appointed guardians of all life. Tampies also controlled living spaceships which were better and faster than anything Humanity had; In controlling these "Warhorses" they also controlled human economic and colonization interests.
