| Review Summary |
A strange discrepancy in monitoring records of the planet Qasama prompts the Cobra Worlds to send a follow-up mission to investigate a mysterious new site which seems to be responsible. The Moreau family sees its newest Cobra, Justin's oldest daughter Jin going on the mission. More than just Aventine's safety lies in the balance. Her personal performance on the mission will determine Corwin's political fate, as well as whether the door for women becoming Cobras will stay open or be closed. After ending up as the mission's sole survivor after their shuttle is shot down, Jin teams up with Daulo, the son of a village mayor who soon sees through her cover identity, to infiltrate the mysterious site called "Mangus".
