Review Summary
Comic duo Bud Abbot and Lou Costello takes this 1952 film with a little spin of their own. Jack is a professional babysitter that constantly has his "agent" Dink by his side. The two had a few problems, one with the law with a giant sized cop Mr. Riley, and another with a beautiful waitress named Polly. After clearing their problems with the two, Jack and Dink visits the home Eloise Larkin, to look after Eloise's bratty little nephew Donald while Eloise and her boyfriend Arthur Royal pratice a play at their community theatre.

During the night, Jack reads the story of Jack and the Beanstalk to the unruly Donald. But while in in the middle of it, Jack and falls asleep and starts dreaming of himself and his associates. Jack sees himself as a young boy born into poverty who is sent out to sell the family cow. While out and about to sell his cow, he runs into a slick talking butcher, that talks him out into selling the cow to him in turn for a few magic beans.

Jack then plants the beans and much to his amazement, a spendid vine starts to grow higher and higher until it reach the clouds. The butcher comes along with Jack and climbs up unto the vine, where they both enter a fairytale world that includes a scary looking giant, other magical beings, a gold laying hen, singing heart and a distraught prince and princess.
