Review Summary
CYBERTRACKER was directed by Richard Pepin in 1994.

Eric Phillips is a secret agent working for Sen. Robert Dilly who's currently trying to force the public to accept the idea of letting cyborgs arrest and execute criminals. Sen. Dilly is secretly working for J. Craig Rounds, a big businessman whose ultimate goal is to, little by little, replace politicians with androids.

One day, Phillips witnesses the murder of one of his employees by Dilly and doesn't accept it. He's compelled to run away, soon hunted down by cyborg trackers programmed to execute him. After having destroyed two trackers, Phillips links up with an organization opposed to Rounds and Dilly's designs. They all want now to enter Cybercore, Rounds's company, and find evidences revealing the illegal activities of Dilly and Rounds.
