Review Summary
A group of underwater cavedivers is hired to explore a new found cave in Romania.
They discover a virus that turns people them into huge, vicious creatures.
The entrance of the cave gets blocked after an explosion and their only hope is to find another way out by going deeper and deeper into the cave.
The leader of the dive team is infected and slowly begins to change. However, he's still able to lead them to a way out.
Along the way, all but the leader and three divers are killed by the creatures.
While the three divers escape, the leader stays behind to kill the creatures.
The three divers think the ordeal is over. One of them leaves the country to return home.
One of the other two divers had been infected. She disappears into a crowd before the other diver can stop her.
