Review Summary
Mousy teen waitress Wanda receives the news that her estranged explorer father is missing and presumed dead. She flies from L.A. to Africa, and after somes exploring, she falls down the same pit her father did.

Wanda finds herself at the center of the Earth, at the so-called Lost City of Atlantis. The society is a dangerous, quasi-police state, but Wanda teams up with a miner named Gus to find her father and escape back to the surface world.
