| Review Summary |
This is the story of a pair of progressive New Yorkers who bear an uncanny likeness to one another; Margaret (Carlisle) is a successful model while Jimmy (also Carlisle) is a down on his luck gay drug addict. The movie starts with the landing of an alien spaceship on to the rooftop of a Manhattan apartment building. A scientist from Germany named Johann (Von Wernherr) is pursuing the extraterrestrial life form. Johann travels from Europe to the US to study the alien. He has interesting theories on the habits of aliens, believing they migrate to areas of heavy drug use and New York is ideal in this regard.
Margaret is scheduled to have a modeling assignment shot in her apartment tomorrow when a daytime television actor comes home with her giving her drugs, assaulting, and then raping her. Meanwhile Johann meets Sylvia (Doukas) and sets up his observation post of the alien and the activity in Margaret's apartment. When Owen (Brady) seduces a reluctant Margaret he reaches orgasm and is killed as the alien removes a chemical compound from his brain upon climax. Margaret and her lesbian lover and drug dealer Adrian (Sheppard) hide the body as Johann watches from across the street. Another acquaintance named Paul (Knap) forces Margaret to have sex and he dies in a similar fashion as Owen.
Margaret elieves she is sexually lethal. The arrogant and abusive photographers for the fashion shoot arrive as does bitter Jimmy. He is rude throughout so she decides to pleasure him orally. Jimmy dissolves as he dies. Adrian makes the mistake of having sex with Margaret and she is gone upon satisfaction too. Margaret is now convinced she has the power to kill and she wants revenge on the guy who raped her the day before. They have sex and he dies. All the while the alien is soaking up the brain chemicals from the now dead lovers. Johann rushes over to explain what is occurring but she stabs him before climbing onto the roof and confronting the alien.
