Review Summaries
" Princess Layla Abbel of Tentaleigh lives a perfect and secluded life, free of anything bold or adventurous. But there are only two problems. Layla is a natural tomboy, who enjoys anything that has to do with skirmishing or getting dirty. And, she is the only princess of Tentaleigh, causing everyone to expect a perfectly stitched, regal future Queen out of her. But how can Layla live up to those prospects with fingers that itch to hold a sword? Determined fleeing that life was the only way to start a new one, with the help of her changing friend Prince Brydon of Dreideth, Layla escapes into freedom. Or is it freedom? Tempted with an irresistible offer from her father, she goes on a quest to prove herself worthy. But on her return from an emotional and wit testing expedition of battling Cyclops', triumphing over the forest of despondency, and escaping foreign soldiers grasp, will everyone live up to their part of the bargain?
