Review Summary
A Martial Artist named Gibson joins a woman who has been turned into Cyborg so that she can carry a hidden formula to scientists which may save humanity from a latter-day plague. She is captured by thugs, and he is left for dead.

But ultimately, only Gibson is strong enough to take her where she needs to go, as she comes to realize as Gibson pursues her captors and eliminates them one by one.
