Heh, heh....the Joxer fans told you off, didn't they? It's nice to see people side with an underdog, an outcast, someone written off and walked on as a loser, but who has more nobility, honor and integrity in his little finger than many a celebrated "hero" has in his whole swollen head. Every frustrated dreamer, every jilted lover, every kid ever picked on by a bully is a Joxer. With any luck, the Joxers will inherit the earth.

Joxer was irritating on occasion, and that was his charm. But as someone who understands what it feels like to be completely and utterly in love with someone whose taken believe they're gay or not, they're sure as tarturas committed I understand Joxer's feelings for Gabrielle.
He understood that she was taken. He was willing to take Gabrielle and Xena home to Greece to be buried together. He accepted that one sided love is still love in one of it's truest forms and didn't expect Gabrielle to grant him something she couldn't give. His understanding of her was truly brilliant and in a different world, maybe a future cycle where Gabrielle and Xena were born sisters they could be together.

I quite liked Joxer. Also, the only reason Ted Raimi (The actor playing Joxer) got such a bumbling-idiot-ish role is because his older brother is the one who not only runs both Xena and Hercules, but owns the characters as well.
In every one of Sam Raimi's movies/TV, Ted gets crap roles.

Sorry I happen to love Joxer. He was a good friend and he did help the girls out as well as being a very loyal friend.

I find people who hate Joxer to be petty, stupid, argumentative, demeaning, humorless and otherwise worthless. In fact, it is a stretch to call them "people." I would rather listen to a Puritan preach than hear the pratings of a Joxerphobe. Joxer is the reason I became a fan of "Xena: Warrior Princess."

Joxer was a needed character,he gave a story of a man who didn't need to be the "hero" but was content to live a life trying..

Joxer was funny, loyal and heroic.
Being a hero with no power is braver than being a hero with lots of power.
After Gab was turned into a butch skin head Nazi, the whole show was a waste of space, not just Joxer.

Yay!!! Redwarrior. Joxer is a hero, willing to die to save others. That is the whole point and meaning of hero. Heroes with mighty powers make more exciting stories, but all heroes are worthy.

i dont understand why you dont like Joxer.no he wasnt a warrior and no he wasnt the best at things.but he had a heart of gold and would die for anyone especially Gabby and Xena.to judge him on the way he was is to judge ourselves.how do people judge you? would you like it? i bet not.see Joxer for the person who he was in the heart and soul as he had ones of kindness and compassion.ones that alot of us apparently dont have alot of.
