Phoebe had taken some positive steps to improve herself--getting rid of the granny glasses, growing her hair longer and making it blonde. But then she sheered a lot of it off, made it a weird reddish-brown color, and has an uneven hairline over her forehead which makes it look like it was cut by a madman. What's up with that?
