Ash and friends face Mewtwo, a superclone of the rare pokemon Mew. Mewtwo was created by scientists on an island lab, which Mewtwo destroyed out of rage. He now wishes to destroy all mankind and pokemonkind. He plans to make superclones of the pokemon of trainers who he lured to his island stronghold. Ash, Misty, Brock, Team Rocket, and Mew must stop Mewtwo's insane plan.
