Review Summary
It is the year 2019 and planet earth has been reduced to a garbage-struined, radioactive desert. Females are rendered sterile due to the severe radioactivity.

A group who call themselves "Euraks", the antagonosts who pressed the fatal button in the hopes of creating a single world civilization, have created a strong foothold in the ruins of Manhattan. There, they seek out survivors and round them up for insane, Nazi-like experiments in their quest to find the key for survival and the continuance of the human race.

Hidden deep within the bowels of the city, a young woman is suspended in a coma-like state of unconciousness-placed there by her father, a professor who knew the effects that post-nuclear radiation would have on women. She is the last woman on earth who is still capable of becoming pregnant.

The story really starts to roll when Parcifal, a lone warrior, (a-la' "Mad Max"), is recruited by the President of The United states and The Pan-American Confederacy to find the woman before the Euraks do and save the human race. Parcifal, along with two other men supplied by the President, must infiltrate the city and search for the woman at the risk of being discovered by the insane Euraks.

It seems that Parcifal accepts the mission purely out of a yearn to see the human race carry on, (not to mention the threat of death should he refuse). In the end, however, Parcifal learns that the joviality of politics carries on, even after a nuclear war as one of the "men" the President assigns to him tries to kill him at the conclusion of the mission.

Chris Bisciello, Resident Scholar

After the nuclear war, all humans are sterile, except for one woman in New York. The president of the Pan-American Alliance sends a warrior from the wasteland into the ruined city, now controlled by the Euro-Asian-African forces, to find her. This Italian-made post-apocalyptic actioner is remarkably good for it's genre. The plot, with various tribes living in the ruins of the city leading to the discovery of the woman, is surprisingly thoughtful. There is even a little sub-message about the dangers of uncontrolled technology and the power of love.
