Review Summary
A combination of human and computer errors leads to a nuclear strike on the Soviet Union. The President and the Air Force try to stop it, while certain parties argue for an all out attack. This low-budget cold-war nightmare plays like "Dr. Strangelove" without the humor, but is still a good, tension-filled movie and warning of the threat of nuclear war. Fine performances by all the actors add to the effectiveness of the drama.
