Review Summary
An outcast misfit boy finds an alien weapon that makes him stronger and more confident, then starts to take over his personality. He begins blowing up everything that he doesn't like with the weapon. His girlfirend tries to help him, a doctor wants to figute out what it's all about, a mysterious government operative is getting involved, and the aliens want the weapon back. This early post-"Star Wars" film contains a lot of the flavor of '70's filmaking (a seemingly aimless quality and ambivalent attitude) and a few good parodiacal references, such as the Laurel and Hardy cops and blowing up a "Star Wars" billboard.
