Review Summaries
"Rhiow is a Wizard of great power. She is also a cat, or as she prefers to be thought of, feline, in human language. In her mundane life she is a simple house cat with two humans who care for her or at least they think they do. Her primary duty along with three other wizards is to guard the gates of Grand Central Station in New York City. While this station is a loci for public transit, it is also a loci for Wizard to transit all over the world, creation and time lines. Like any heavy traffic area, it has it tangles and urgent messes to care for and rescue of wizards stranded in areas because of problems with the gates. Things were as they usually are, busy, until a vast flow of rats in the lower bowels of the Station came out of seemingly no where. The Rats however, were not simply hungry, they were stench, foul, and frankly reeking of something evil. Trying to find the source of where these rats came from and therefore plug up the problem, they realized, the rats were the least of it. It seemed that with them, came a magic that now was sweeping through the streets of New York City causing death and destruction all over. It starts out small with greater anger and ugly deaths and builds up. Then she gets saddled with a young kitten much too young to be called into becoming a wizard. "
