Review Summary
Townsville, a small friendly quiet town lately been the target for bad crimes and big bad monsters trying to destroy the city. The Townsville people and even their Mayor is helpless and is in need for someone or something to stop the madness everywhere. Luckily for them, Professor Utonium, resident of the town has an idea to invent one heroic being mixed with the ingredients- sugar, spice and everything nice. But his little monkey Mojo Jojo, accidently knocks over a liquid "Chemical X" unto the Professor's formula. Not only one person were created, but three.

Butters, Buttercup and Blossom three of the most cutesy little girls anyone ever seen. With big bright eyes, nice little smiles, at first glance these girls has the looks like the average wide-eyed four year old. Thanks to Mojo's incident involving Chemical X, this trio is not to be messed with. They are nice yet have the ability to kick butt. Butters- the sweetest blonde of the bunch is more sensitive than her counterparts and in her spare time enjoy coloring things with her crayons. Blossom a redhead is the leader of the pack that is more levelheaded and often comes up with ideas to solve any problem the girls might face. Buttercup the feisty brunette is a tough cookie and take no mess from anyone that seems to be a problem for her.Besides their superpowers, the powerpuff girls goes to "Pokey Oaks" school, where they are kindegartens. These girls does not shy away from other children and love to play along with their peers with fun games. However a game of tag goes wrong when the girls put a little too much of themselves in the game, destroying half the city in process and this pretty much peeved most of Townsville and soon the girls are ousted from everyone.

Even the professor Utonium is locked away for creating such little girls and this leaves the three only to have each other and no one else to go to. Mojo Jojo make friendly attempts with the girls just to stay on their good side, by asking the powerpuff girls to help him create a powerful machine. The children agree to Mojo's project and the machine is finally made. Only made for Mojo to create uber smart monkeys that can help him overtake the city and make him dicttor of Townsville! Butters, Buttercup and Blossom were tricked into believing to be Mojo's ally and clearly they were wrong.
