Review Summaries
"When a man flips a coin into a money box at a news stand, it magically lands on its edge, changing the man's luck. Suddenly, the man is able to hear people's thoughts. The man goes to work at the bank where he's an unappreciated teller. He hears an older employees thoughts of stealing some money and disappearing to a tropical island. The teller informs the bank manager who has the security guard search the old man's briefcase, which is empty. The old man informs the teller that his plan is just a dream that he fantasizes about sometimes. The manager is angry and embarrassed. He fires the teller, but quickly hires him back to take care of some business while he's away with his mistress. The teller hears the thoughts of a coworker, that likes him, that prompts him to ask for a promotion. The manager says no, but quickly changes his mind when the teller threatens to expose his affair. The teller thanks the girl and walks her home. They stop at the same news stand. The teller makes a purchase and when he flips a coin into the money box, it too lands on it's edge and he can no longer hear people's thoughts."
