Review Summary
Lady Rowena Forster is a cold woman who is secretly trying to hide her werewolf bloodline. She is kidnapped by desperado Tomas Randall, aka El Lobo, in attempt to get revenge on Cole MacLean who is her fiancee. Tomas is involved in a deep feud with the MacLeans (Cole killed Tomas's mother while Tomas and his father killed his brother and father), and he is determined to seduce Rowena and make her not want to go back to Cole. Along the way to Tomas's hideout village, they rescue a 17 year old girl being accused of being a witch. The shock temporarily makes her mute, and they name her Esperanza. Sim Kavanagh, one of Tomas's men and friends, seems to have an immediate hatred of Rowena but a curiousity of Esperanza. Weylin, Cole's brother, has been on Tomas's track trying to capture him for a long
time.

Throughout their journey, Tomas's easy charm and comedy diffuse Rowena's cold and proper exterior to reveal a loving woman. As they grow to love each other, Cole gets closer and closer. Secrets behind the past come up and the true killers are revealed.
