| Review Summary |
An unnamed Japanese salaryman and his girlfriend run down a metal fetishist and leave him for dead.
Later, the salaryman is attacked by a woman with a mechanical arm who is being manipulated by the still-alive metal fetishist, and then finds himself mutating into a deformed cyborg creature.
During intercourse with his girlfriend, the salaryman mutates further and kills her, before engaging the fetishist in a fevered battle.
