Review Summaries
"This is book eleven in Robert Jordan's long-running series. Two of the protagonists, Rand and Perrin, had to make a deal with a common enemy that was invading their country. Rand did so in order to further his efforts against the Dark One and his minions, while Perrin did so in order to rescue his wife, Faille, from slavery among the Shaido clan. Mat finally becomes married to the Daughter of the Nine Moons as prophesied, and then they become split up. The effect of Mat's marrying the Daughter of the Nine Moons means he becomes royalty among the enemy that is conquering the land, which is an interesting plot twist. And finally, in the White Tower, Egwene works to undermine the false Amerlyn Seat's power from within, while being treated as a lowly novice."
