Review Summaries
"Retroactive stars James Belushi as Frank, a criminal who moves computer chips in a rural town in Texas. The movie opens up with Brian (Frack Whaley), the scientist Frank gets the computer chips for, discovering on his final try that his time machine does indeed work. The the movie cuts to Karen (Kylie Travis) having car trouble on the side of a dirt road. Frank drives by with his girl Rayanne in the front seat and offers to help her. Karen gets in the car and they eventually end up at a gas station where Frank picks up some money from Sam (M. Emmet Walsh). While there, Sam shows Frank pics of Rayanne kissing Jesse (Jesse Borego). This angers Frank and he gets back into his car and speeds off onto the road. Franke turns off the road to and even more desolate area where he shoot Rayanne. Karen then jumps out of the car and runs towards the government facility where Brian had been doing his experiments. Karen gets in and as Brian was treating her wounds from her climbing over the barbwire, he accidently knocks a bottle over and sends Karen back in time twenty minutes. In hopes of saving Rayanne from her demise, Karen tries to alter history but all she does it makes things worse, more people die. Karen ends up going back to Brian's facility several more times until they finally set things right."
