| Review Summary |
Paul Johnson (York) is an alien from a far world, where he is known as Sidal 9. He is severely anemic, like those of his dying race who have sent him out to find supplies of new blood. Johnson hires a bloodbank nurse named Amanda Sayles (Barondes) to administer his transfusions three times a day, but sometimes he goes out and kills humans for their blood, or transports them to his home planet for their blood or breeding capabilities. It's up to Amanda, Johnson's scuzzy ex-con gardener and cook Jeremy (Belzer), and a cop named Jack Sherbourne (Stevenson) to find out what's really going on and stop the invader. But a number of characters will end up dead before that happens. This very cheezy 1995 remake of a story filmed several times before is pretty bad.
