Review Summaries
"Jason Kerrigan and Bronwyn Dalmouth are pilots in the Republic of Texas Army Air Corp during World War II, circa 1947. Both of them are pulled away from the front and assigned to an experimental aircraft that can fly so fast that it appears to eliminate the factor of time. On an experimental flight, Kerrigan and Dalmouth are sent into a strange land, which they come to believe is their native land, only several thousand years into the future. Kerrigan and Dalmouth are able to reverse the process and return to 1947, but it's not the 1947 they knew. In place of the Republic of Texas is something called "The United States of America". People they thought were dead are alive again, and some seem to have never existed. Kerrigan and Dalmouth try to figure out how a trip to the future can destroy the past, but are unsuccessful for forty-eight years. When they meet a man named Garison Fitch, who claims to also know something about time travel, they begin to unravel the mystery."
