Terry Hamilton is a cop who is still being tormented by the death of his wife. Through these bizarre killings, he is led to the sanitarium and discovers a terrifyng secret: a scientist named Stephnie Lyell is using a homicidal killer who Hamilton had arrested known as the Bone Man for tests with a new revolutionary drug. However, the drug is revealed to have a more sinister effect. The Bone Man now has the ability to alter reality at will and could control his victims' fears and use it against them.
