DEAD OR ALIVE : FINAL is a movie directed by Takashi Miike in 2002.

The setting is Yokohama, Japan in the year 2376. Dictator Woo controls the island and, obsessed by the last global war, has decided to force all the inhabitants to take a drug that prevents them to have children. Only a few people resist and live hidden in the country.

Ryo, a replicant who has survived the last war, takes a liking to the son of the leader of one of these rebellious groups and will help these people when Dictator Woo decides to exterminate them once for all.
