"RINGU (Ring) is a Japanese movie directed by Hideo Nakata in 1997. This picture won numerous prizes in festivals dedicated to fantasy films. Remade in Hollywood as "The Ring" in 2002. A journalist is investigating a very special videotape, which is currently the talk of the local colleges. It is said that the unfortunate one who watchs this videotape has only seven days to live after the screening. The very professional journalist finds the videotape, watches it and begins to panic. Helped by her ex-husband, she will discover, among other things, that the ghost of a young woman may be responsible for the recent inexplicable deaths she's investigating. "
