When a young girl is driven to her death, #6 vows revenge on #2. He starts doing a series of nonsensical things to make #2 think he's a spy for #1 reporting bad things about him. #2 cracks under the strain and turns himself into #1 to be replaced.
Analysis
1) This was one of the less credible episodes. Presumably the people picked to be #2 have to have half a brain. The stuff that #6 was doing was obviously nonsensical; #2 cracked way too easily.
