"Bharat Dev, a seeker of the unknown comes across the bizarre death of a student. Vikrant Vasan, an enigmatic parapsychologist, demonstrates psychic feats and explains the underlying facts of the mysterious phenomena of life and the universe. Shashidhar, as a child, underwent a series of tragic experiences in his family. He was also forced to be a guinea pig for some strange psychic experiments performed by adepts in remote mountains. Later, in his youth, he suddenly becomes aware of his psychic powers that can drive anyone's mind to chronic depression by using mere telepathic concentration. The pleasure of this power helps him unleash his misanthropic vengeance. When a number of his victims end up with similar psychological problems to the extent of committing suicide, Bharat Dev observes this and intervenes. But he also falls into a deadly depression. Shwetha, a beautiful young girl realises that a strange phenomenon is active as she sees her friends, one by one, collapse under extreme psychosomatic conditions including Bharat Dev. She tries to investigate, but gets more troubled by an unknown telepathic voice beckoning her in her ears all the time. Finally, Vikrant Vasan steps in and confronts the psychic…… "
