Review Summary
A hapless group of demolition experts examining a building before its destruction stumble across a mysterious device locked away in a basement. While examining it, one of the workers accidentally turns it on, transporting them to a parallel univserse which has been all but destroyed by a mysterious "queen" spider, which has either turned the human population into drones which bring her food, or become food. One of the workers is left behind and rescued by a group of humans who have survived the annihalation of their planet. Their leader is the scientist who created the diemensional transport, but accidentally allowed the queen to slip in. With this Earth all but empty, the queen will soon be looking for a means to get to a new world- unless they can stop her and find a way to get back to the hero's world. A fairly good horror-science fiction movie with some imagination, gruesome monster, and some frightening moments.
