Bruce Campbell reprises his role as Ash as the movie picks up where the first one ended with him in the woods. A woman shows up with three friends looking for her parents to translate more passages from the book of the dead. The evil is unleashed and it's a fight for survival. This is much more a slapstick black comedy than horror film.

This sequel to "The Evil Dead" by Sam Raimi starring Bruce Campbell is not your normal movie. This sequel is very confusing and doesn't really have much more of a plot than Ash's (Bruce Campbell) fight against the evil undead monsters that was awakened in the woods outside the deserted cabin he decided to camp up in.
