Once Upon A Time has got to be the very worst episode of The Prisoner (with Fallout being the first runner up). Most of the episode is spent watching #2 sing nursery rhymes very off-key and shout numbers back and forth with #6. I don't mind the extreme cheapness of the episode (it was filmed almost entirely in one dark room), and it was nice they actually tried to break #6, but dramatically it was boring and irritating to hear #2 go on and on about "Humpty Dumpty" and "pop pop" over and over and over. They could have had a nice contest between the two that could have been more interesting but instead it was a contest of numbers and nursery rhymes. I think only people who think that everything that comes out of Patrick McGoohan's body is creative and refreshing can honestly say they appreciate this episode.
