"Dorian Hawkmoon is sad, although his side won the war against the dark empire his beloved father-in-law and best friend Count Brass was killed. That is until some locals see his ghost haunting the marsh and so Hawkmoon sets off to find the ghost. The ghost is solid enough and a lot younger than hawkmoon had known him and was sworn to kill Hawkmoon. Dorian discovers that Count Brass has been brought back from the past and from another dimension and brainwashed by his enemy Baron Kalan. The pair set off on a quest along with other friends who had also been brought back from the past to kill Hawkmoon to find the Baron and put an end to the torment of his friends being held in limbo, when the Baron is killed in his time machine a giant time storm sweeps the group up and Hawkmoon finds himself at the battle where Count Brass was killed with an opportunity to save his friend this time around, but when he returns to his own time he finds hat his decision to save Count Brass has had serious consequences."
