Review Summary
First book in the Mageworlds. Beka Rosselin-Metadi is a freebooter at heart. Her mother is assassinated and her father offers her his ship Warhammer, if she will deliver the assassins to him "off the books". This has a tendency to get assassins looking for you. She fakes her death, and with a new indentity, she goes looking.
