Life, The Universe and Everthing- While the first chapter is funny and very much with the flow of the rest of the series, the Krikkit wars were somewhat off the track and some of the ideas were all over the place. 3. Favorite scene in favorite book and why? My favourite chapter is #6 in hitch-hikers. I'm not one for religion and the guide's reference to the babel pretty much sums up how silly it is. My favourite scene however is in the restaurant when the cow offers itself up as a meal (I'm a vegetarian-enough said). 4. Favorite character and why? Ford, his life is going about as badly as Arthur's, but he still manages to see the bright side of everything and knows if all else fails, there's always completely simple logic to fall back on. 6. If you could see a sequel to one of the author's books, which would it be and what would it be about? I think he did enough of his own. 7. What do you like about author's writing style? he's a smartarse he breaks down ideas to their simplest form then makes fun of them. I also love the way he slipped swear words in when you weren't expecting them, its a cheap joke, but sometimes thats's all you need.
