My biggest problem with this show was how operatives were treated like disposable tissue. Operations would deliberately sacrifice a bunch of agents, and then say they were "abeyance operatives" who weren't needed. But it takes at least 2 years to train an agent; how can so many be replaced so quickly? Also, in missions where abeyance operatives had to do something important, would you really want incompetent operatives doing important work?
