thank you!

there are some good shows out there, but they don't get recognized immediately.

American studios have a real problem churning out "non personalities"... & they are there own worst enemy, it's bland characterisations that is there problem, nobody could care for there creations

Dr Rob posts on 11/20/2009 4:35:50 AM

why couldn't they have just cancelled... uh... Glee?

Juno posts on 11/20/2009 12:44:51 AM

Well Dollhouse was cancelled so you wont have to follow that anymore.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:45:52 PM

the 1-2 of Inherent Vice and Pygmy just left me without a solid book to read one book to read solidly.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:39:32 PM

...meanwhile Nicolas Cage and Harvey Keitel are competing to see who's the worse lieutenant.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:33:25 PM

...even though there's an guy who runs a carnival filled with superpowered beings trying to evade an investigation by a well-known deception specialist.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:29:57 PM

...but he's not really worried because he got a 2 minute and 17 second flash of himself getting married 6 months from now.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:28:40 PM

the 1-2 of Inherent Vice and Pygmy just left me without a solid book to read. they're both fun, but I don't want to finish either now. stupid f'ing TV. too many stories to follow now. I'll have Doc Sportello (from Inherent Vice) trying to fend off an alien invasion while his father, recently released from an asylum attempts to figure out what killed the other members of the covert organization before tracing to all back to the Rossum Group.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:23:51 PM

it's written oddly... not something you can blow through without losing your sense of propriety with regard to the English language.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:22:50 PM

I haven't even finished Pygmy, but it'

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:22:02 PM

they're making a couple more movies from Chuck Palahniuk boks, though... Haunted and something else... maybe Survivor? Invisible Monsters? something.

Dr Rob posts on 11/19/2009 5:17:10 PM

thanks. I DID mean The Prisoner... can you blame me, though, for getting confused after watching 2 hours of The Prisoner? even as a remake, it's mindwarping business.

whaleshark posts on 11/18/2009 5:35:55 AM

I remember that Dr.Rob quote!

Lord Butcher, please, dont waste your money with BG...

hi!

Juno posts on 11/17/2009 9:01:16 AM

I was looking at the wayback machine. On 2/22/2008 5:09:08 PM, Dr Rob says, "both of those movies (No Country and Jackie Brown) were adaptations of books. no wonder I like them. David Fincher still has one of the best book-to-movie adaptations (for my money) with Fight Club, but Choke's coming out later this summer, so we'll see."---
