The producer Rob Tapert seemed to be going all out
for the final episode and wanted to kill the heck outta' Xena
to make sure that she was REALLY dead. It was almost funny in a
black humor sort of way (and I love black humor): Xena was filled
with arrows until she looked like a pin cushion and, just to make sure
her head was chopped off..pleeease!

Xena's death made no sense.She spent her whole life atoning for her past only to be desroyed for it.Totally not cool.I think the ending was a sell out by the producers who didn't know what else to do with the character. Nice kiss from Gabrielle to Xena though.

I refused to watch the final ep forever because Xena dies in it. I finally made myself watch, and it wasn't that bad. Still sad, but not that bad. I would have rather she lived; I still haven't figured out why she had to die in the end. She goes through all those years of trying to redeem herself, and then she ends up having to die in the end for the deaths of people she indirectly caused. She really got screwed; she has to stay dead and gets permanently seperated from Gabrielle. Or at least until Gabrielle dies. Nice camera work and costuming though, and acting of course story wise though, thumbs down.

I dont think Xena and gabby are lessise they probly had diffrent charecters play them on the kissin senes

I would have much preferred the ending take place back in greece,where they started from...
It was a sad ending,but it should have stayed closer to xena&gabby's lives travelling together and less about the ghosts....

i agree with layla .they were just close as a family.i have seen family members me included and i am soooooooooooooo not into women like that hug and kiss each other.dif nationalities do that with men and women alike.its just true affection.but other than that bring XEna back in a movie here!

o m g are you kiding, i thought the last episode was AMAZING. It made me cry, lol i thort it was brilliant because it had xena dying but she wasnt gone she stayed with gabrielle. I thought that the last episode was briliant, don't think it could have ended better. I hope they have a go at another series with gabby like the xena she could hold her own show, id watch it.lol

the last episode i dont think so i saw somwhere that there was a 7th season i downloaded the bigining song and everything but yeah we know she cant stay dead for long lol anyway wwe love xena warrior princess she kicks booty

I just finished watching season six.I didnt get to see the last episode during its regular run on TV.I watched the complete series on DVD only to be disappointed the way it ended. Its kinda like... I went out fishing and caught a 10 lb. Largemouth Bass, only to drop it back in the water accidently after I got it to the boat. Im feeling like there was a Cop-Out here somewhere.I think Xena Dying in the end wasnt the problem as much as the way it happened. And Gabriel sails off... ALONE ??? to where? to do what? There is no closure here. Lucy and Renee both deserve more than they got I feel. Six years of "wup ass" and " Give it all you Got" talent shot all to Hellicon with the most important episode of all.

I agree. A movie with the acual pople would be great! kinda of like the animated movie with her and herculese when they only had their voices. The real people would be the best!!!!!!!!!
