The Premise
The Premise of the show is that some sort of disaster (probably nuclear) drives people to live in an enormous underground city as scavengers while giant robots roam the surface, killing everyone they see. Many people have mutated (probably because of radiation), and everyone is out for themselves, except for small groups working for the mysterious "Voice" who are trying to kick the Baileys out and restore law and order.
Two people who work for the voice are Hal (Helen) and Sarge (Rose). They come across Cleopatra, who was frozen 500 years ago because she failed to wake up after a routine breast implant operation. But she wakes up now and gives a 20th century spin on everything. That includes screaming. She doesn't have much of a brain but she is funny.
