Do the Tokra go to the bathroom inside people's heads?
The Tokra have worms inside their heads, right? Well, like all living things, these worms must go to the bathroom, right? Do you think they go inside the head of the person they're in and eventually it clogs up their brains with manure? Is that why Sam's father Jacob died, because he had too much accumulated manure clogging his brain?

As we have seen, the Goa'uld sustain themselves via electrical impulses from the host. Janet has been shown keeping one alive in that manner and the canopic jars do the same to keep them alive for hundreds of years.

Like most parasitic life forms, the goa'uld would be absorbing nutrients from the host in liquid form, and excreting waste chemicals into the blood stream. So yes, it would be "going to the bathroom" inside the host, but the waste would probably be filtered out by the host's liver like most toxins and waste material.
