It got lame the minute they got rid of the original writers. Only the first two seasons, and maybe part of the third were any good, and definitely the worst mistake of all was getting rid of Tyr.

Hey, what do you expect? It's all about Kevin Sorbo savin all of the Universes, anyway, so WHY bother with sets, story or anything else anymore???

This entire season was a bust. I think they did not expect to be picked up, so they had to come up with something fast and cheap.

Still, it's better than dr who because it has good-looking babes in it (its one redeeming feature). And don't talk to me about the hichikers guide to the galaxy film - watch the far superior BBC tv series instead (the cast are MUCH better...)

I always thought Tyr was the best character on this show; the series went completely downhill after he left.

This series did not become lame.It started out lame and never rose to any level of quality.How a show like this ran as long as it did,while Space:Above&Beyond was canceled after only 1 season & the superb Farscape after 4 years bewilders me.
