I think the last name of the brothers was August.        The commentator holly posts on 2/3/2005 12:11:56 AM There were a few misinterpreted facts regarding this review. First of all, “Type of Couple” states “She's a human, he's an alien”. This is incorrect. Yes Merinus is a woman, however Callan is not an alien. He's a mix between a human and a lion. Second of all, the main character is not Merinus. The main character is Callan. Tempting the Beast, shows that he fights his genetics every day. The sex scenes alone describe how he fights the urges of being part lion. The author, I believe, did an excellent job in describing his beast-like nature and the urges he battles.
