first i would to know if the photo is a true likenss?i know that she is a blond in real life.but i am not just talking about her hair.i do beleave that if she was not on the show that it would of turned belly up on the first show!but all in all i liked the show any way it was better then anythig that was on the tv at the time.would like to see more of the show. But I do have a question.I am not a writer but i think that they should get her and trip togather,or the caption?.but i guess that we will never find out will we!!

The only time T'Pol ever had any appeal to me was when she was in the TOS getup with long hair in the Mirror Universe 2-parter, which were the only worthwhile episodes. (Although it was STILL badly written)

Honestly, I don't need to look at Jolene naked to know she scores my genes any day. But skin vs brain comparisons are way beyond this boy. In the first place, ...um, what means what she was doing? Her tongue in my ear might help. You think, Porthos? Oh but hey, I think her angular appeal is great for some lucky guy (not me, wah).

Hey Sue, go ahead and ask the blogs. Only way you're gonna learn is to ask questions. G80 wasn't a great series so be prepared for a bit of negativity. But as long as you're civil I don't see too big a problem.

the nextgen star trek should be about the full commercialization of space and other planets. exploration will already reap its rewards. people of other disciplines, multi-racial,will get involved in other planet habitation, breeding humans, plants and animals in other planets, discovering more friendly and unfriendly species. In the process humans discover more about how life on earth really evolved. should be interesting.

I was in college when the first Star Trek came out in 1963. Since then, and always I been a big Sci Fi Fan. Loved all the b&w movies of the 50's etc. But I'll tell you what ... I'd like to ram my warp engine into T'Pol and 7 of 9, each and together. I'd also go for the gray skinned Chianna on Farscape. Getting some alien cootter might be a hell-of-a-lot of fun! See you in space!

To: Porthos, the harsh voice of truth, I just got the chance to actually see G1980 recently and I have a few 100 questions about it. Do you think you and/or the other BSG fans would mind me asking them on the BSG blogs?

I have read that J.J Abrams (of Alias and LOST)is perhaps working up a movie featuring a young Kirk and a young Spock. I hope they do better than Butch and Sundance: The Early Year or Dumb and Dumberer. I wonder how they could fit that into the whole Pike, Enterprise, etc. mythology.

I agree with you again porthos for what the series (1980) was worth- I'd pay 20.00 for the 1980 box set- If over that price sweep it under the rug- I havent watched the new series yet and have no plans to. Todd

Dont get me wrong. I actually liked parts of G1980. I dont hate the series by any means, flawed as it was. The premise could have worked with a little more care. I like it a lot more than GINO at any rate. But the majority of the fandom seems to disavow it's existence. Im just saying if the majority of fans wanted to sweep G1980 under the rug and pretend it doesnt exist, then by all means shove GINO under there with it. Even at it's absolute worst G1980 certainly stayed truer to TOS than GINO ever did.

I know it was insane porthos, but i did watch 2 episodes of galactica 1980- It was apparent from the start of that show that budgets were drasticly cut. other than earth in its current day as well as the 2 seat colonial vipers. Before that time I didnt really pay any attention to show budgets. but this was so obvious and blatent that I gave up on it. I was a fan of buck rogers in the 25th century when I was a teenager- after watching the reruns on the sci-fi channel- I was left wondering why I ever like the show in the first place.

it seems on most shows there is some form of sexuality somewhere in it.but that is also life. i myself like Enterprise and am glad it is back on sci-fi.hope they will renew it.

I started watching the episodes last night(for the first time ever) and it was the 2nd episode when they were decontaminating each other after visiting Rigel 10 I think it was. My fiancee thought she was the biggest bitch but T'Pol can talk down to me anyday! LOL
