Captal's Tower doesn't have an official release date yet because it hasn't been written yet ;]

       posts on 5/24/2006 9:47:44 AM

When will The Captal's tower be released? Does in pick up right after the second one?

Hey peoples, what's up? I'm not really sure what you guy's are talking about seeing as I am only on my 2nd book ever read by Melanie Rawn, but the first was great!

       posts on 4/29/2006 11:26:50 PM

I first read the books at the age of 11, and my dad read them too, late at night when I didn't have them. There are, however, some inappropriate things in these books.

To answer the mom's question, I'd say Melanie Rawn's writing is fairly adult. I would say about 15 would be appropriate, considering what TV and movies are like these days.

HELP! I'm trying to get some info on this series. My son picked them up at a used book sale and is dying to read them, but I'm wondering if they are age appropriate. He's 10. He loves Harry Potter and Eragon. Saw dragons on the covers and grabbed them. Can anyone help? The cover says it's a "romantic fantasy saga" and I'm wondering if that translates into inappropriate for his age. Thanks for any help!

Mageborn Traitor is the Sequal to the Ruins of Ambrai. My comp won't let type long posts!

The commentator Ginny posts on 11/21/2005 9:31:21 PM

I will get better at this. I think I have read The Mageborn Traitor, but the Runes of Ambrai doesn't sound like one of my books. I started collecting the ones I really like and have a bunch of different ones. Have a great Thanksgiving.

Pearsha posts on 11/21/2005 10:59:46 AM

Skeeter, I wish there were more. The 6 books are large and just wonderful. I thank Ms. Rawn for sharing her magic to bring people and dragons together. Anne McAffrey has some very nice dragon stories too. Both authors bring their words to help my fantasy "juices" get going.

I was wondering if anyone has heard when the Captals Tower will be released?

Pirsha posts on 10/23/2005 11:05:03 PM

PearlWhirl has changed her name officially to Pirsha. It seems easier to type.
