The Klingons don't look at skin color. They look a the wussy-factor. If you're a total Klingon geek who likes science or medicine instead of chopping someone's head off, then they definitely pick on you. They picked on Worf because he had human parents and they therefore thought he was a wuss.

Wow, you guys need to relax. This was supposed to be a funny post about the differences between the "Worf-looking Klingons" of Star Trek and the Klingons that we saw on the Orignal Series. There's nothing I hate more than people who overreact, except people who do it in Star Trek forums.

please don't take offense, but i don't understand how anyone can can call themselves an african american. you can be african or american but not both. my family is from scotland, but i don't call myself a scottish american. why would an american want to call himself anything else? compared to the rest of the world this is paradise and i wouldn't want to live anywhere else. take care.

frack political correctness. personally, i think we all got along better and were a lot happier in the seventies than we are today. i propose we go back to those groovy days when everyone was too busy disco dancing and pushing our ford pintos and amc gremlins because they wouldn't run to worry about political correctness and being sensitive to everyone's feelings. all you black cats grow your afros out and all white guys wear it long and shaggy. bring back mood rings and pet rocks. ladies, pull the bell bottoms and platform shoes out of the closet. the 21st century could really be a heavy, happening time without political correctness. take care.

all right, guys, you caught us. cacausins the universe over are united in a plot to keep all non-white members of all alien races down. we admit it already. satisfied? white people aren't even from this galaxy. we're invaders who came here after subjugating all the minorities in the cracker galaxy.

Are you on drugs? No seriously, are you? First off there is no such thing as an "African-American" Klingon because there is neither an Africa NOR an America on the Klingon homeworld. WHY was his family made a scapegoat? Could it be because, oh I dont know, possibly BECAUSE HIS FAMILY WAS AT THE OUTPOST AND COULDNT TESTIFY ON THEIR OWN BEHALF BECAUSE THEY WERE DEAD?!? Anyone with an ounce of common sense could have seen that. And Worf was treated just fine, he even became a governor in the future. There is nothing to suggest there has EVER been discrimination in the Klingon Empire on a skin color basis. Theydiscriminate on basis of honor only. The only racism theyve openly displayed was toward Romulans, but thats based more on the ACTIONS Romulans committed against them than actual racism.
