The real title is The Houses of Healing - feat. Liv Tyler. You can get it on emule, look for "houses of healing", the file should be around 7mb, 320kbit perfect quality, no sounds in the background, chorus intro + orchestral ending, 2:58 total. Otherwise you can get it on a special soundtrack with all the musical performances from extended edition of RotK only - it's called "The Return of the King Complete Recordings" and also can be found on btJunkie in audio category, 526MB. It's one of the most beautiful performances I've heard on the entire soundtrack, even more so because it's actually sang by the actress who plays a character in the movie, and the song is in part about her and her love. I personaly loved Pippins song. Accualy think about it. Pippin is singing this great symbloic song while all these soliders are rideing out to Oskiloth t basically kill themselves. I think that's kind of weird but yes its symbolic and I like the song.

You can record the sound of a dvd using a sound editing program such as;
soundforge, audition, wavelab etc.
or just use the windows soundrecorder
(& select 'wave out' @ volume control)

The Quicktime version of the song from the link posted by Freak can easily be moved into iTunes. Just drag the file to the Library in iTunes. If you convert it to AAC (use the Advanced menu), iTunes can send the song to Airport Express. It sounds great that way on a quality sound system.

Liv Tyler is not only Beautiful but has a beautiful voice. I really hope they release the full version of her singing Arwen's song out on C.D. I will be out buying it. If anyone knows if that is going to happen or if it can be downloaded please let me know. A big L.O.T.R Fan.
