Humanoids in the other Galaxy have the Force which prevents genetic mutations from brother sister offsprings. Real question is when Darth Vader was built did they keep his penis? I say most definitely yes because the Borg could easily evade the main Death Star weapon and could easily assimilate all the Storm Troopers with ease using nanobots.
