The very worst episodes of Voyager
The one where Chakotay falls in love with the woman who he later forgets about; I later forgot about that episode too.
The one where Chakotay strips down to be one with the rainforest aliens who love the environment.
The one where Harry Kim, incredibly, gets back to Earth with his girlfriend, and decides he'd rather be stranded in the Delta Quadrant.
The one where Naomi Horngirl played the fairytale story on the holodeck while Neelix had to babysit/toilet train. Generally, all Naomi Horngirl episodes are usually a waste of time.
The one where Tuvok has to babysit/toilet train the children who turn out to be very old.
The one where Neelix and Tom Paris have to babysit/toilet train a baby reptile.
In general, most episodes involving babysitting/toilet training aren't very interesting. Star Trek is popular because it has action, and interesting scientific plots; most watchers aren't looking for "Three Klingons and a baby".

The one where Janeway and the pilot evolve at a super rapid rate to become human giant tadpoles and mate, make babies. They leave the babies on the "swamp" planet. Then come back the present phase of human evolution and Janeway jokes that in some species the female initiates sex. ewwww

All Eecheb Borg spawn episodes are cr*p Naomi was brilliant because she was a real person in contrast to perfect Wesley Cruasher.
The Borg spawn were introduced to write Naomi out of the show. Thr penultimate episode had some ditzy blond saying 'Yes Eecheb' and calling herself 'Naomi', but that aint Scarlett Pomers.
OK the episode with Q Q's son was mostly good, but it was a dangling carrot just like all the eps when Neelix is going to die and dont

the one where Paris and Janeway devolve to lizards and have lizard babies. No explanation for this, or explanation for how they were restored to human form. A lot of post-coital blushing and Janeway - seriously WTF? - gives Paris a commendation. What's printed on the medal? "Best lizard I've ever boffed"?
I think it was partway through series 2. My entire family simply stopped watching Voyager, period, after that one.

The very first episode, when a whole crew of mixed Starfleet and Maqui decided it was ok for Janeway to condemn them to a highly possible death from old age many light years from home.
The whole Federation ethos doesn't stand up here, if it had've been the high seas in the 1600's stranding a whole crew to a desert island for instance, there would have been a Mutiny. And a Mutiny is what should have happened in episode one.
PS Just like to say that I love Voyager as a whole but , how many times do you need to veer off course to "explore" ,when the whole quadrant wants to kill you ?
The big debate re Enterprise ending in four series is irrelevant when you see Voyager struggling on to seven series because the writers had to rely on a mortal enemy like The Borg to provide the technology to get home.
And the final episode left so many questions unanswered.

"The Cloud", where the entire crew risk their lives to fix a hurt nebula while looking for animal guides and setting up makeshift galleys. I was embarassed just watching it.
