Why hasn't the crew mutanied against Captain Janeway by now?
Captain Kathryn Janeway, by nobly destroying the array to save the Ocampa, a race the crew only knew for about for 20 minutes, stranded the ship in the Delta Quadrant for years. Why didn't the crew mutiny? Chakotay was in love with Captain Kathryn Janeway; he was whipped from the first moment he stepped aboard. Tom Paris, I think enjoyed being an intergalactic chauffeur too much. Harry Kim adored Captain Kathryn Janeway for being the mother he never had as an adult, tucking him in at bedtime and bringing him a warm glass of milk. B'nana enjoyed having a job where she could yell at people. I guess they were all pretty satisfied being lost….

Actually Archer can give Wrongway Janeway a run for her money in the dimwitted and self-righteous category. Only really big difference is he's only killed ONE species. It only took him the first several episodes. Janeway didn't start committing involuntary genocide for a few seasons.

Top 10 things that would never happen on Voyager...but should
10) Voyager runs out of shuttles.
9) Voyager doesn't destroy the Borg race single-handedly.
8) Janeway avoids a dangerous situation because she doesn't want to endanger ship and crew.
7) Janeway looks for a peaceful solution.
6) Seven looks into a mirror and decides to wear something baggy.
5) The crew does something besides push buttons at Janeway's orders.
4) Voyager goes for months without enough power to operate weapons.
3) They say "thanks" to Neelix. Janeway gives him a promotion.
2) The crew gets tired of shooting everything that moves in the Delta Quadrant. They set controls for full automatic and take escape pods back to Earth, beating Voyager by 4 years. Janeway is the only one still on-board. No one notices the difference.
1) Janeway finally gets back to Earth. She's court-martialed and sentenced to spend the rest of her life on a Penal Colony.

Janeway's actions even resulted in the genocide of two species. One was a world getting assimilated by the Borg when Janeway rid the Species 8472 from the sector, and the other was the "Silver Blood" aliens when she and the crew deliberately let them copy them and they all died in space. The ONLY reason she got promoted to Admiral was actually a punishment to keep her away from commanding a starship again. If she had been courtmarshalled ,ike she deserved the public would have protested since the news reports and the Holodoc's novel made them seem heroic. Sort of like how the Liberally slanted media always goes out of its way to slander and libel GW Bush.

Yeah, plot line full of holes.
Janeway was allways a problem for me, i didn't see what qualities she had for leadership & like you say, knew a race for 20 mins, stranded for a lifetime.contrived plot!Shall I re-write?

I hate Janeway. Nobody, not even in Star Trek, is that stupid and self-righteous. She is so annoying...
